Yes, we do.
This comes with cPanel and requires nothing from you to make it work. All incoming and outgoing emails are scanned for viruses on a set time
You can of course run the scan manually by selecting Virus Scanner from the Advanced section of cPanel and selecting mail or a full directory scan
